Huge left breast mass - ulcerated/fungating and invading the pectoralis muscles.
Large collateral vessel supplying the tumor coming off the left internal mammary artery.
Several enlarged left axillary lymph nodes.
Surface image of the breast - see the dilated vessels on the anterior chest wall and how big the tumor is relative to the breast.
Case Discussion
This is rather extreme presentation of breast carcinoma.
Fear often delays presentation to hospital as in this case.
