Our patient is female and has the age of the peak incidence of gallstones. The density of the stones founded is hyperattenuating to bile. When we found something inside of the gallbladder we have to differentiate from stones, cholesterol polyp, adenomyomatosis, tumefactive sludge, congenital fold or septum, gallbladder carcinoma or metastasis, if we diagnose cholelithiasis we need to stay alert about his complications like biliary colic, choledocholithiasis, acute cholecystitis, gallbladder perforation, pancreatitis and others.
