Gastric sub mucosal lipoma
Updates to Case Attributes
Gastric lipoma is a location-specific subtype of gastrointestinal lipomas and represents a rare benign mesenchymal stomach tumortumour. They are typically sessile in morphology, primarily solitary, and most frequently located in the gastric antrum, which may cause gastric outlet obstruction.
They can be definitively diagnosed on CT as well-defined, homogeneous fat-density lesions (-70 to -120 is diagnostic).

A 38×22 x 22 mm well defined-defined oval shaped-shaped fat density submucosal mass is noted at the gastric antrum, inferring lipoma.
A few subcentimeter simple cortical cysts are seen in the kidneys.
