Giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath
Updates to Study Attributes
There is a 26*30*47 mm abnormal heterogeneous signal soft tissue mass lesionwith heterogeneous T1/T2 signal located at the distal third forearm volar aspectradial wrist and radial side betweenthe first extensor compartment (ABL, EBP) and flexor carpi radialis (FCR) tendons.
The mass partially encircles the scaphoid, extending dorsally deep to the first extensor compartment and flexor carpi radialis ( FCR ) tendons.
The lateral extension of the mass below the first extensor compartment and medial. There is ulnar volar extension between the FCR and flexor pollicis longus tendons is notedat the distal margin of the carpal tunnel.
ExtensionThere is intra-osseous extension of the mass beyond into the radial styloid bone tissue in volar aspect also is seentubercle of the radius.
