The patient presented with a history of glass particle injury to hand about 18 months back. Ultrasound shows multiple linear echogenic structures in the soft tissue of palm at the site of pain consistent with foreign bodies. Radiographs of hand show similar findings.
Glass foreign bodies were removed at surgery.
