Presentation

The patient came complaining of chronic unresolved cough, knee pain and skin lesions.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Multiple peripheral wedge-like irregular consolidations with air bronchogram in subpleural and peri-broncho-vascular distribution with no cavitation and calcification.

Case Discussion

Clinical presentation, radiological findings and histopathology of lung biopsy wereconsistent with Granulomatosis with polyangiitis.
