Fracture of the base of proximal phalanx of the great toe is noted with the mildly displaced fracture fragment and intra articular extension.
Accessory ossicle next to the fifth metatarsal head on the medial side.
Case Discussion
The recent patient referred with severe pain of the great toe and the inability of walking after trauma.
X-ray findings revealed mildly displaced fracture through the great toe proximal phalanx base with intraarticular extension.
