Updates to Case Attributes
RIght - Nodular, well-defined, elliptical hypoechoic retroareolar area is noted. No internal cystic changes or vascularity is noted. Few vessles are noted on power dopplar study.
Left - No such fingings.
Diagnosis - Unilateral: unilateral nodular gynecomastia.
