Both breasts are mildly enlarged. Increased fibroglandular tissue is noted in retroareolar region bilaterally. No suspicious abnormality is seen in either breast. No axillary lymphadenopathy is seen.
Case Discussion
MRI features are consistent with bilateral gynecomastia.
