Presentation

Hypothyreosis, elevated anti-TG and anti-TPO levels.

Patient Data

Age: 16 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Moderately enlarged thyroid showing patchy, diffusely inhomogeneous echogenicity. Marked, diffuse hypervascularity. Several ovoid, 4-6 mm short diameter reactive parajugular lymph nodes with fatty hilum bilaterally.
