Large well-defined lobulated hepatic mass centered on segment 4, hypodense on non-enhanced CT with intralesional calcifications and heterogeneous enhancement on postcontrast images with areas of necrosis. No evidence of vascular invasion.
Both lungs were clear (not shown). No distant metastasis seen.
Case Discussion
The clinical presentation and the CT features are most consistent with hepatoblastoma which was confirmed by ultrasound-guided biopsy.
