Bilateral contrast-filled outpouching from the posteroinferior wall of the urinary bladder bilaterally at the vesicoureteric junctions giving the ‘Micky mouse ears’ appearance. They retain contrast after voiding.

The ‘Micky mouse ears’ appearance suggests Hutch diverticula.
Hutch diverticula known as ‘bladder ears’ occur at the ureterovesical junction and are due to periureteric diverticula. They are often associated with VUR and usually disappear with age.
