Fluid filled mass in right groin containing a blind-ending tubular structure without blood flow consistent with the appendix in an incarcerated hernial sac constricting blood vessels.

Femoral hernial sac containing fluid and a thick-walled, edematous tubular structure contiguous with cecum representing the appendix - findings confirmed at surgery
