Findings was changed:

CT neck showshows inflammatory fat stranding in right posterior cervical space between sternocleidomastoid and paravertebral musculature. The right sternocleidomastoid belly is enlarged with loss of fat plane between paraspinal muscles. There is also thickening of overlying skin.

There are multiple enlarged level 3 and level 5 nodes.
