Large well-defined soft tissue mass within the vastus lateralis muscle measuring 5 x 8 x 12 cm. It elicits a high signal on T1 and T2, attenuated on fat sat sequences with thin marginal and internal septa enhancements.
No femoral bone lesion is seen.
