Findings was changed:

MRI showing intra-axial brainstem mass lesion hypointense on T1-WI, hyperintense on T2-WI and FLAIR sequences, with mild expansion and without edema on cronalcoronal and sagittal planes. Axial images dontdon't cover the pathology.

There is an intramedullary similar lesion in the cervical cord.

UBO at bifrontal lobes are seen.
