Findings was changed:

MRI of the brain demonstrates evidenceEvidence of a previous craniotomy (craniectomy and cranioplasty) without evidence of underlying recurrent / residual tumour.

Two rounded strongly enhancing lesions are demonstrated. The first is in the right middle cranial fossa with a small amount of adjacent oedema. The second is in the right lateral ventricle, in the region of the trigone. Both lesions are isointense to grey matter on T1 weighted sequences, slightly hyperintense on T2 weighted sequences, and demonstrate minor restricted diffusion.

Incidental note is made of a pineal cyst.
