Sudden loss of consciousness. Background of hypertension.

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

There is a focal left basal ganglia hemorrhage extending into and involving all ventricles. In addition, hemorrhage is noted within the basal cisterns.

Case Discussion

CT confirmed intracerebral bleed with ventricular extension. DSA confirmed a roture of arteriovenous malformations (AVM) (not show here)
