Superior cerebellar peduncles are thickened and elongated giving the appearance of molar tooth associated with hypoplastic cerebellar vermis with batwing appearance of 4th ventricle.

Case Discussion

 Findings are characteristic of Joubert syndrome, with molar tooth sign of midbrain.
