Wrist injury with hairline lunate fracture 1 year back

Modality: MRI

Lytic areas and marrow signal changes localised to lunate bone.

Case Discussion

Features are almost characteristic of Kienbock's disease. Although, patient lost follow-up and diagnosis could not be confirmed.
