Abnormal high T1/T2 signal of fat is seen at the left ethmoid sinus with deficient lateral wall of the sinus.
Case Discussion
An incidental finding of lamina papyracea dehiscence with protrusion of the orbital fat into the ethmoid sinus. The rest of the study is unremarkable.
