Soft tissue swelling of the left ariary-epiglottic fold extending into the left piriform sinus, left true and false chords with gas bubbles passing from the laryngeal lumen into the soft tissue of the vocalleft vocal chord, dissecting anteriorly between the inferior thyroid and cricoid cartilages.
