Updates to Study Attributes

Findings was changed:

1- There is no ascendant aorta aneurysm, but rather an enlarged horitzontal aorta at the ostium of a retrooesophageal subclavian right artery (lusoria) : aneurysmal kommerel diverticulum.

2-There are thoracic and abdominal anatomic variants :-Atrial situs, atrioventricular and ventriculoarterial connections are normal. One may discuss 2 atria with left morphology. No abnormal pulmonary veinous return. However, inferior vena cava is interrupted in its retrohepatic section, and flows through azygos system to the superior vena cava. No left persistent SVC.-Both root bronchus show left morphology, and both lung have only 2 lobes, 1 scissure. -Liver is in median position, as well as gallbladder.-Polysplenia-Small-Stomach is on the right, Small bowel loops all located on the rightleft, large bowel all located on the leftright : findings looks like a mirrored intestinal nonrotation ("Mésentere commun complet" in french (absence of midgut rotation with normal situs leads to large bowel on the left, and small bowel on the right).-Mesenteric vessels are reversed.

3-There is a pouch-like image located below the level of the aortic valve annulus, while sinusal area of all 3 cusps appear normal, non enlarged : finding consistent with a membranous septum diverticulum
