Left upper lobe collapse.

Subsequent bronchoscopy:

  • Pale polypoid endobronchial mass at orifice left upper lobe. Discharge of caseous material post biopsy.

Histology:

  • Benign stromal elements.?Hamartoma.
  • Culture negative to date.
