Findings was changed:

There is hazy opacification of the left upper zonehemithorax with obscuration of the superior mediastinum and left cardiac border (Silhouette sign). There is well definition of the lateral aspect of the aortic arch by air (Luftsichel sign). Findings are consistent with left upper lobe collapse.
