Presentation
Right upper quadrant pain and chronic constipation.
Patient Data



Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at ascending segment and hepatic flexure of the colon measuring about 10cm in length; accompanied by pericolic fat stranding and several small regional lymphadenopathy with SAD less than 10 mm. The mass invades adjacent hepatic parenchyma.
The right kidney is not seen due to prior resection.
A 44 mm partially exophytic cyst with fine internal septations and few tiny marginal and septal calcifications is noted at the lower pole of the left kidney. In addition, a few simple cortical cysts are observed less than 35 mm.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Colon mass, pathology proven adenocarcinoma, with local invasion to the liver and small regional lymphadenopathies.
