Diffuse epifascial and subcutaneous edema with associated skin thickening and a characteristic honeycomb pattern are observed in the left leg, extending up to the knee joint. Similar but minimal findings are present in the right leg as well.
Case Discussion
The findings suggest bilateral lymphedema of the lower extremities. Sporadic lymphedema praecox often manifests between the ages of 2 and 35, with a female predilection of 10:1. Lymphoscintigraphy is the confirmatory test.
