Incidental note of lunotriquetral coalition with slightly widened scapholunate space. The significance of these should be clinically correlated.
Otherwise, the visualized osseous structures are grossly within normal limits with normal bony architecture.
Case Discussion
Lunotriquetral coalition should be considered as a potential cause of pain.
The management is either conservative with immobilization, elevation and anti-inflammatory drugs or surgical by lunotriquetral coalition arthrodesis.
