Presentation

Neck swelling with increased prominence over last several months.

Patient Data

Age: 3 years
Gender: Male
mri

Large right-sided multi-loculated cystic mass. There is septal and peripheral enhancement. No enhancing soft-tissue component. Solitary lesion.

Case Discussion

This is a large right neck vascular malformation with a multi-cystic appearance. This is a lymphatic malformation. With large cysts like these, it can be more specifically called a macrocystic lymphatic malformation. These used to be called a cystic hygroma.
