The patient had stress urinary incontinence and was, therefore, sent for an abdominopelvic CT, the clinical question being whether there was a mass pressing on the urinary bladder. As it turned out, the only thing pressing on it was a lymphocele on its left, resulting from the prostatectomy.

Lymphoceles are a common complication of radical lymphadenectomy.
