ECG Gated CT scan cardiac angiography and pulmonary angiography is done to evaluate coronary and pulmonary artery relations. HR was 100, 20 ml omnipaque 300mg IV contrast is used at the flow rate of 18ml/sec through 24G cannula. Diagnostic delay at 6 seconds. Scan phase 45-55% R-R interval.

Completed under apnoea with the help of the anaesthesia team.
