Findings was changed:

There is focal stenosis of the proximal coeliac trunk due to extrinsic compression by a thickened median arcuate ligament (thickness=6 mm), followed by moderate dilatation of the post-stenotic segment.

A small left adrenal mass is noted most likely adenoma (incidentaloma).
