Findings was changed:

Typical meningioma centred on the posterior portion of superior sagittal sinus extending parafalcine, especially on the left.  Occludes Occludes the sinus locally but remains patent proximally and reconstitutes distally via collaterals. Note the different signal intensity, DWI characteristics and enhancement of the intrasinus component of the tumour and the parafalcine component.
