Findings was changed:

There is a well-defined solid mass lesion in right anterior triangle above level of carotid bifurcation.

Cranially, lesion abuts the parotid gland. Medially, it abuts the submandibular gland and external carotid artery. Internal carotid artery is posterior to lesion.

Lesion sIzesize: 52 x 32 x 24 mm.

Lesion is hypoechoic with few tiny echogenic foci: ? calcification. There are no cystic cystic spaces within. Lesion shows vascularity.

Rest of the neck examination was normal.
