MRCP post choledochojejunostomy

Presentation

The patient presented with a fever associated with jaundice. She gave history of past cholecystectomy followed by choledocho-jejunostomy one year earlier.

Patient Data

Age: 40
Gender: Female
Modality: MRI

Choledochojejunostomy. 

MRI showed dilated common bile duct, normal intrahepatic biliary radicals, normal anastomotic junction, and normal jejunum.

Case Discussion

The case was treated as cholangitis.
