Findings was changed:

 CT scan of the abdomen was performed utelizing oral and iv contrast at the portovenous phase. The CT scan shows a large enhancing mass envolving the whole circumferenceIrregular circumferential thickening of the cecum, appears to be involving the ileocecal valve, as well, with surrounding minimal stranding. Multiple enlarged regional lymph nodes. Trace of pelvic free fluid. No peritoneal or omental deposits
