Findings was changed:

The study reveals chronic lacunar infarcts and areas of ischaemic demyelination in bilateral periventricular, deep, and subcortical white matter.

Disproportionate mineralizationmineralisation of the bilateral posterolateral putamen is seen with partial atrophy. DiffusecerebellarDiffuse cerebellar atrophy is also seen with a prominence of cerebellar folia.

Bilateral convexity sulci and lateral ventricles are mildly prominent ,and likely age related-related.
