Updates to Study Attributes

Findings was changed:

Evidence of right hemicolectomy with ileocolic anastomosis.

Just proximal to the anastomosis, there is luminal narrowing with mucosal thickening and contrast enhancement.  The small bowel isinflamed inflamed anddistended 30 cm  distended proximal to this narrowing. There is an additional segment of inflamed ileum and also enhancement and thickening of the gastric wall.

There is no evidence ofNo perforation or intra-abdominal collection.  Multiple enlarged small intestinal mesentery nodes are enlarged and there are prominent vascular structures.

Liver, gallbladder, adrenals and spleen are unremarkable in appearance. The pancreas is mildly atrophic. There are smallSmall cortical cysts in the right kidney and the left kidney contains two small calculi.

The findings are consistent with active Crohn disease and compaible with neo-terminal ileal stricture formation and proximal small bowel obstruction.
