A twenty nine years old maleThe patient was treated for undiagnosed undiagnosed hydrocephalus by a shunt tube. He continued to have symptoms. He had MRI with contrast agent. The posterior fossa was studded with  multiple multiple ring enhancing lesions with a central dot. He also had tonsillar herniation and he died within few days of admission.
