Presentation

Front-seat restrained passenger. Delayed presentation with upper abdominal pain and tenderness and lower abdominal bruising. Otherwise well.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male

Dual-bolus, post-contrast abdomen and pelvis.

Normal liver, spleen, kidneys.

Normal pancreas, duodenum and mesentery.

Normal bowel. No free gas.

No free fluid.

Normal lung bases and bones.
