No significant TMJ pathology.
Clasp 2 (overbite).
Case Discussion
Jewelry frequently features on imaging. Patient's may not wish for it to be removed or in true emergencies its removal is not a priority.
In this case it doesn't but often it may obscure interpretation or result in artifact on CT and MRI.
