Right upper quadrant pain, ongoing shortness of breath, leg swelling and mild chest discomfort
Patient Data
Entire colonic loops including the rectum are dilated in caliber with maximum diameter measuring 10 cm and without any obstructive lesion.
No perforation or ischemia. No volvulus.
Small bowel loops are collapsed. The ileo-cecal junction appear normal.
Small left inguinal hernia, containing omental fat is noted with features of early strangulation.
Multiple hepatic cysts.
Bilateral total hip replacement.
