Patient presented by trauma to the left hand with open wound at the ring finger.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male

Fracture is seen at the epiphyseal plate of the distal phalanx of the ring finger with dorsal dislocation of the distal metaphysis, that representing Salter Harris fracture type I.
