This patient was submitted to a biopsy of cervical lymph node that showed chronic granulomatous inflammatory process and containing the budding yeast form of Paracoccidioides sp. with itthe characteristic aspect of "ship rudder wheel" ("pilot's wheel") appearance on microscopy. The ocular imparementOcular involvement is rare, but possible.

Updates to Study Attributes
Contrast enhanced CT image shows an intraorbitalItraorbital enhancing mass lesion and two peripheral eyelid lesions with necrotic center and enhancing borders. There is also bone erosion onat the lateral aspect of the right zygomatic bone.
