In this case, the patient has an anatomical variant with a surgical risk, as we see bilateral teeth roots protrusions within the maxillary sinuses; hence the bilateral sinusitis. Naturally the extraction of one of the posterior maxillary teeth "16" was complicated with a bony defect of the maxillary sinus.In this situation, a complete dental panel must be established, in order to avoid further complications.
