There is a defect of the bony floordefect of the right maxillary sinus floor, opposite to the extraction site of tooth 16, where thetheere is a bony fragment corresponding to a retained root.

Bilateral peripheral thickening of mucosal lining of the maxillary sinuses mucosa.

Multiple bilateral apical protrusionprotrusions of dental roots within the maxillary sinuses
