Presentation

Painless focal knee mass.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Exophytic bony growth on the medial aspect of distal of right femur away from the epiphysis. There are also degenerative changes in both knee joints as disc space narrowing and subchondral osteochondrosis.
