A (1.2 x 1.6 x 1.9 cm) sessile bony outgrowth is seen projecting from the lateral part of the supracondylar region of right femur, showing regular overlying cartilaginous cap averaging 7 mm in thickness, reflecting osteochondroma.
Case Discussion
Distal femoral supra-condylar sessile osteochondroma with no suspicious MRI features, as described.
