Findings was changed:

Extensive loss of bone density (lysis) withinvolving the occipital,bilateral parietal and occipital bones, and the right temporal bonesbone. No bone expansion or soft-tissue mass. The appearance is characteristic of the lytic phase of Paget's disease and and is often referred to as osteoporosis circumscripta
