Ovarian dermoid cyst

There is a well-defined right ovarian cystic lesion (43 x 38 x 35 mm) with fat-fluid level. The fatty component is attenuated on fat sat sequences. No enhancement seen on postcontrast sequences.
Normal appearance of the uterus and left ovary.
Minimal effusion is noted in the Douglas pouch.
